Job summary

GetYourGuide is hiring a Senior Category Lead in Berlin to own the strategy, roadmap, and growth of one or more experience categories. You'll partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to launch initiatives and scale opportunities across the world's top attractions.

You’ll analyze market data, prioritize opportunities, and translate insights into go-to-market plans while leading cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required, and experience in marketplaces or SaaS is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Marketing, or Consulting in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in marketplaces or SaaS and driving growth.
• Strong analytical thinking with data-driven conviction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and metrics for one or more categories.
• Understand industry and craft value proposition for suppliers and travelers.
• Prioritize sub-categories based on market research and demand.
• Develop go-to-market for new segments from launch to scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales on launches.
• Run data analyses and share findings with senior stakeholders.
• Report progress to Head of Categories and executives.
• Contribute to team playbooks and cross-category learning.
