Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Global Project Engineer to lead multi-discipline capital projects at our Aurora, Missouri facility. Projects typically range from $1 million to more than $5 million and require end-to-end oversight from concept through startup and handoff.

You will coordinate across engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, EHS, finance, supply chain, and leadership to ensure safe, on-schedule, within-budget delivery and minimal production disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of engineering and capital project experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience delivering multiple capital projects from design through handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline capital projects from concept through handover.
• Develop charters, scopes, schedules, cost estimates and execution strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change control and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Finance, Supply Chain and leadership.
