Job summary

The role requires at least five years of capital project experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of delivering projects from design through closeout. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Five years of engineering and capital project experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to manage projects from design through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of scope development, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and change control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex capital projects across functions to improve safety and productivity.
• Develop scopes, estimates, schedules, budgets, and business cases.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction activities and contractor submittals.
• Direct commissioning, startup, and project turnover to operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
