Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets
• OR combine a minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience with 3 years’ client service in GCM
• High level of proficiency with personal computers and relevant software
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents
• Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills
• Strategic thinking and knowledge of regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and accounts to ensure risk and policy compliance
• Review and comment on operative documents for accounts
• Coordinate risk monitoring with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit
• Structure and close GCM transactions with external partners
• Complete complex account administration and reporting
• Prepare fee proposals and monitor receivables
• Develop relationships with clients and referral sources
• Support other Relationship Managers as needed
• Represent GCM at closings and client meetings
