Qualifications

• Combined minimum 6 years education/experience with at least 2 years in client service in GCM products/markets.
• Strong proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative and operational systems and activity for accounts of moderate to significant intricacy and risk.
• Review and comment on operative documents and agreements for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit as needed.
• Resolve issues related to control and client service in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions efficiently.
• Handle account administration tasks, including cash flow, fee billing, and reporting.
