Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets.
• OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets.
• High level of proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software.
• High proficiency and experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative and operational systems for moderately to highly risky accounts to ensure compliance.
• Review and comment on operative documents and agreements for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate risk and regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit as required.
• Structure and close GCM transactions with external parties.
• Handle cash flow execution, fee billing, reporting and tickler processing for complex accounts.
• Prepare fee proposals and monitor receivables in collaboration with Sales and Billing.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and referral sources to generate new business.
