Razorfish is seeking a Senior Associate, Global Operations to drive the global billing reconciliation process across 40+ markets. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and client teams to process media billings and review proofs of performance for accuracy.

You will coordinate invoicing through client portals and maintain billing trackers, ensuring on-time submissions and clear communication with markets and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Media Billing Operations.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with Power Query and PivotTables.
• Experience with automated project management (workflow) systems.
• Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and manage timelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Global Billing Campaign Reconciliation across 40+ markets.
• Review local market invoices and reconcile proofs of performance versus invoiced amounts.
• Create and submit client deliveries, confirmations, and invoices in billing systems.
• Collaborate with markets, Finance, Activation, and clients to resolve discrepancies.
