Job summary

Razorfish is seeking a Senior Associate, Global Operations to lead the global billing reconciliation process across 40+ markets. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and client teams to process media billings, review proof of performance, and maintain billing trackers from initiation through client submission.

The role requires 1–2 years in finance or billing ops, advanced Excel skills, and experience with automated workflow systems.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years in Finance, Accounting, or Media Billing Operations.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, PivotTables, and VLookups.
• Experience with automated workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute Global Billing Campaign Reconciliation for 40+ markets and billing workstreams.
• Review monthly local market invoice submissions and reconciliations.
• Create, review, and maintain client delivery confirmations and invoices in client systems.
• Coordinate with markets to resolve discrepancies and secure revisions.
