Razorfish, a Publicis Groupe internal agency, seeks a Senior Associate, Global Operations to drive the global billing reconciliation for 40+ markets from Plano, TX. You’ll partner with Finance, Accounting, and client teams to process media billings, review proofs of performance, and maintain billing trackers.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, 1–2 years in finance or media billing ops, and strong Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, VLOOKUPs).

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Media Billing Operations.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with Power Query, PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Execute Global Billing Campaign Reconciliation across 40+ markets.
• Review local market invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Submit delivery confirmations, invoices, and related billing records.
• Coordinate billing-cycle communications and address issues with stakeholders.
