Job summary

Razorfish is seeking a Senior Associate, Global Operations to drive the global billing reconciliation process across 40+ markets. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and client teams to process media billings, review performance evidence, and maintain billing trackers from initiation to client submission.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Media Billing Operations.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with some foundational knowledge in Power Query, PivotTables, and advanced formulas (VLookup, etc.).
• Experience with automated project management (workflow) systems.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Execute Global Billing Campaign Reconciliation for 40+ markets and support billing workstreams.
• Develop, review, and deliver invoices through client-owned billing portals and delivery confirmations.
• Monitor global compliance, maintain operational trackers, and implement new processes as needed.
• Review monthly local market invoice submissions and reconcile proof of performance evidence.
• Coordinate with markets to resolve discrepancies and obtain revisions in a timely manner.
• Create, review, and maintain client billing records and submissions in billing systems (e.g., BQMS).
• Coordinate billing-cycle communications and follow-ups across markets and campaigns.
