Qualifications

• 8+ years of US benefits administration experience.
• Deep knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and 401(k) operations.
• Strong vendor, stakeholder, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full administration of US health benefits, enrollments, COBRA, and employee escalations.
• Manage benefits ticket intake, vendor performance, and continuous process improvement.
• Design global benefits education, well-being programs, and intuitive employee experiences.
