HighLevel is seeking a Benefits Operations Manager to serve as the agile “engine room” for the health, foundational care, and regulatory infrastructure of the People organization at HighLevel. Qualifications

• 8+ years leading health benefits and compliance initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of US healthcare, ERISA and 401k practices.
• Ability to manage multi-state compliance and vendor relationships.
• Strong stakeholder empathy and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional delivery of benefits, wellness, and compliance initiatives.
• Prioritize the compliance and benefits backlog with the Chief of Staff.
• Adapt program scope as regulations evolve while maintaining rigor.
• Ensure governance and documentation as the source of truth for benefits.
