Job summary

You will analyze account activity, identify payment trends, resolve issues, and partner with internal and external customers to improve cash flow and DSO.

Responsibilities include executing collection strategies, maintaining documentation, and supporting process improvements within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency using a PC and standard business software applications.
• Experience with advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of AS400-based enterprise platforms or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned global accounts receivable portfolio of up to $15 million with moderate to minimal supervision.
• Proactively monitor aging reports and payment trends to identify delinquent balances and collection risks.
• Execute collection strategies to secure timely payments and optimize cash flow and DSO.
• Investigate and resolve AR discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments to improve processes.
