Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in commercial accounts receivable management or B2B collections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC and standard business software (MS Office).
• Experience with advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned global accounts receivable portfolio up to $15 million with moderate to minimal supervision.
• Proactively monitor aging reports, payment trends, and delinquent balances to identify collection risks.
• Execute collection strategies to secure timely payments and optimize cash flow and DSO.
• Contact customers to confirm invoices, resolve discrepancies, obtain payment commitments, and document communications and outcomes.
• Investigate and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies and billing issues with internal teams.
• Identify recurring collection challenges and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Facilitate credit card and ACH transactions in accordance with procedures.
• Assist with whole goods titling process if needed.
• Follow established credit and collections policies and maintain accurate records for audits.
