Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation’s JLG division is seeking a Collections Analyst to manage a global accounts receivable portfolio and drive timely payments, reduce past-due balances, and improve cash flow. You will monitor aging, resolve discrepancies with internal teams, and support process improvements while upholding credit policies.

The role requires strong communication, advanced Excel skills, and ERP system experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in commercial accounts receivable management or B2B collections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with PC and standard business software (MS Office).
• Experience with advanced Excel functions (pivot, lookup, data analysis).
• Working knowledge of AS400-based ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a global accounts receivable portfolio up to $15 million with limited supervision.
• Monitor aging, payment trends, and delinquent balances to identify risks.
• Execute collection strategies to secure payments and improve cash flow/DSO.
• Contact customers to confirm invoices, resolve discrepancies, obtain commitments, and document interactions.
• Investigate and resolve AR discrepancies with internal departments and support process improvements.
