Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned global accounts receivable portfolio of up to $15 million with moderate to minimal supervision.
• Proactively monitor aging reports, payment trends to identify delinquent balances and collection risks.
• Execute collection strategies to secure timely payments, reduce past-due receivables, and optimize cash flow and DSO.
• Maintain accurate account documentation, including collection notes and customer communications.
