You will analyze account activity, monitor aging, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes, while following established credit and collections policies. Excellent Excel and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of commercial accounts receivable management or B2B collections experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (AS400) and Excel data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Manage a global accounts receivable portfolio and drive timely payments to minimize past-due balances.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve cash flow.
• Identify process improvements to increase collection efficiency and ensure compliance with policies.
