Job summary

Reformation is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead global inventory and cost accounting, ensure SOX-ready controls, and drive financial reporting integrity for a fast-growing lifestyle brand. You will partner with FP&A, Supply Chain, and Production to scale operations globally from its LA-based framework.

The role emphasizes performance management, audit readiness, and building scalable accounting processes across multiple entities and currencies. A CPA and NetSuite expertise are key.

Qualifications

• CPA required; MBA a plus.
• Experience with complex regulatory and external reporting, including SEC/SOX.

Responsibilities

• Own global inventory valuation across materials, WIP, finished goods, and in-transit inventory.
• Oversee standard costing, BOM governance, and gross margin analysis for leadership.
• Lead month-end and year-end close with accurate GL reporting.
