Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Senior Director of Accounting to lead the corporate accounting function during a pivotal growth phase as a newly public global brand. You will own the general ledger, close processes, and financial reporting, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will build and lead a high-performing accounting team, strengthen internal controls, and oversee audits, while collaborating with FP&A, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years leading accounting teams at a senior level.
• Deep expertise in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with SEC reporting and SOX compliance.
• Familiarity with inventory and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end and year-end close across the full general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports for executives.
• Maintain SOX-ready internal controls and policies.
• Lead external audit processes and relationship with auditors.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, and Tech on cross-functional initiatives.
