Reformation in Vernon, CA is seeking an Assistant Controller who will own global inventory and cost accounting, ensuring accuracy across multi-country operations and complex regulatory requirements. This role sits at the intersection of technical rigor and business impact, with scope to influence the entire accounting function.

You’ll lead month-end close, drive process improvements with NetSuite, build dashboards for leadership, and mentor an accounting team while partnering with FP&A, Supply

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA required; MBA a plus.
• Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own global inventory valuation across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, retail, and in-transit inventory.
• Oversee standard costing methodology, BOM governance, and cost integrity with gross margin analysis.
• Manage the Allowance for Inventory Reserve process and obsolescence controls.
• Own the month-end and year-end close process across the general ledger.
• Lead or support external audits and drive SOX-ready controls.
