McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for Glass & Packaging, based at the global headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD. The role supports the Americas region and participates in a hybrid work program (50% onsite and 50% remote per month).

The candidate will lead the strategic transformation of a $55M glass packaging portfolio, establish end-to-end sourcing strategies, and drive cost effectiveness, sustainability, and supplier collaboration to enable regional growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Purchasing/Supply Chain environment with relevant business experience.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional projects or programs.
• Proven experience in leading major cost savings initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own financial forecast for the glass category and impact on P&L and balance sheet.
• Set standard cost for the category through annual budget cycle.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies via Category Management approach.
• Manage procurement for a $55M+ spend with cost, quality and service.
• Serve as SME for packaging categories and market view of glass costs.
• Develop supplier base and relationships aligned to sustainability goals.
