The role collaborates with Business Units across Consumer, Flavor Solutions, and Food Away from Home to drive process improvements, supplier performance and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 8+ years in purchasing or supply chain with relevant business experience.
• 5+ years in project management and cross-functional projects.
• Proven cost savings initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of categories and supply chain fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procurement Supply Excellence Operations and drive supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Business Units to advance Sourcing Category Management strategies.
• Improve processes to ensure supply continuity and manage changes.
• Develop opportunities for value delivery across regions and units.
• Partner with Centralized Category Management to optimize total cost of ownership.
