Jushi Holdings Inc. in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Senior Accountant – GL Accounting to ensure accurate general ledger records for Corporate SG&A, payroll, and cash management. You will own monthly closes, payroll accounting, variances, and cross‑functional reporting while supporting audits.

The role demands 3–5 years of GL experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and strong Excel/ERP skills. CPA candidacy or a Master’s degree is a plus in a fast-paced cannabis-industry environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• 3–5 years of general ledger accounting experience preferred.
• CPA/CPA candidate or Master’s degree desirable.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and Blackline is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization.
• Team player with ethical work habits and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Record treasury activities and perform bank reconciliations.
• Run payroll accounting and reconcile payroll-related balance sheets.
• Investigate variances and prepare supporting schedules.
• Support quarterly and annual filings and respond to auditors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments.
• Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities.
• Ensure deadlines are met and provide reliable reporting.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
