Jushi is seeking a Senior Accountant for its Retail Accounting Team in Boca Raton, FL. This onsite, full-time role focuses on month-end close, GL reconciliations, variance analysis, and internal controls, with interaction across operations and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, CPA eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of general ledger experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Sage Intacct & Blackline a plus).
• Proactive self-starter who can prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities and reconcile GL accounts.
• Analyze variances and prepare supporting schedules for reporting.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with Operations to discuss store-related financials and driving controls.
• Assist in audits and identify process improvements for accuracy and timeliness.
