Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant for its Retail Accounting Team in Boca Raton, FL. The role involves month-end close, account reconciliations, and regulatory reporting to support accurate financial statements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-eligible preferred) with 3+ years of GL experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with US GAAP and SOX.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and company policies.
• 3+ years of general ledger experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Sage Intacct/Blackline.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate with team and third parties.

Responsabilités

• Monthly close journal entries and reconciliations for Revenue, COGS, Cash, Inventory.
• Research variances for monthly fluctuation analysis.
• Prepare schedules for regulatory, statutory, or management reporting.
• Maintain SOX controls and approve GL coding for invoices.
• Communicate financials with Operations team and drive controls.
• Assist in audits and quarterly/annual audit prep.
• Identify opportunities to automate GL activities.
• Support special projects for Retail Senior Manager.
• Provide status updates to Retail Senior Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
