Jushi in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a Senior Accountant for the Retail Accounting Team to own month-end close, analyze financial data, and support audits. You will reconcile GL accounts, prepare internal reports, and collaborate with stores on financials while upholding SOX controls.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting, are CPA-eligible, and have 3+ years of GL experience with strong Excel and ERP skills (Sage Intacct, Blackline a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA eligible preferred.
• Proficient understanding of US GAAP and company policies.
• 3+ years of relevant general ledger experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage Intacct & Blackline a plus.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, detail-oriented, with confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Perform month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations for Revenue, COGS, Cash, Inventory, and accruals.
• Research variances and prepare schedules to support regulatory and management reporting.
• Ensure effective internal controls including SOX procedures.
• Assist in GL coding approvals and communicate with Operations on store financials.
• Support audit readiness and participate in special projects as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate GL activities and improve processes.
