Bachelor’s in accounting, CPA preferred, with 3–5+ years of GL experience. The position offers full-time hours in Woodland with a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of general ledger processes and month-end close.
• Experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations accurately.
• Proficiency with Excel for data extraction and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare adjusting and recurring journal entries for general ledger accounts.
• Assist in month-end close activities and review entries.
• Prepare or review reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
• Support standalone and consolidated monthly financial entries and eliminations.
• Prepare financial reports and explain account variances.
• Manage tax-related filings and compliance documentation.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and support intercompany activity.
• Prepare state tax filings, licensing, and other compliance filings.
• Assist with internal controls documentation and JSOX compliance.
