Fireworks AI is seeking a hands-on General Ledger Accountant to own and scale our month-end close and general ledger as the company grows. You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules for operating expenses and international subsidiaries, collaborating with AP, Payroll, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Procurement.

Formación

• 4-6+ years of general ledger or corporate accounting experience.
• Strong grasp of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Hands-on experience owning month-end close tasks and reconciliations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepaids, and depreciation.
• Own operating expense accruals and balance against actuals.
• Maintain prepaid schedules including software subscriptions and compute spend.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and clear reconciling items.
