Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs seeks a senior geospatial and AEC subject matter expert to drive sales and technical leadership for Esri software solutions. You will guide account teams, engage enterprise decision-makers, and deliver complex GIS solutions within the AEC and environmental consulting sectors.

Responsibilities include crafting compelling technical narratives, presenting to diverse audiences, and coaching teammates on best practices across GIS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications.
• 3+ years of experience in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries.
• Broad knowledge of ArcGIS from an IT context (hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud computing).
• Demonstrated experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design.
• Understanding of sales and business development processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot client issues related to Esri application deployment and system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships. Present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions as part of the account team.
• Be an expert. Lead technical meetings and coach new team members on best practices.
• Solve problems. Craft and propose solutions that show GIS adds business value and deliver complex strategies.
• Tell our story. Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences and present at conferences.
