Job summary

Esri is seeking a Senior Consultant to work with Utilities clients, helping shape GIS solutions and promote Esri technology. You will lead discussions, translate business goals into GIS architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ArcGIS workflows.

You will advise on implementation patterns, expand customer success, and contribute to new business development while promoting advanced geospatial analytics and real-time capabilities across industries.

Qualifications

5+ years designing, implementing, or administering enterprise GIS solutions using ArcGIS
Strong ability to translate business goals into technical plans
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive problem solver who thrives in a cross-functional team

Responsibilities

Advise customers on innovative Esri solutions and implementation strategies
Understand customer business and industries (retail, banking, insurance, manufacturing)
Design, certify GIS workflows for ArcGIS, provide configuration guidance and best practices
Collaborate with IT to align objectives with Esri platform
Support business development by identifying new technology patterns and opportunities to expand usage
