Job summary

Esri, a leader in GIS technology, seeks an experienced consultant for our Professional Services division in Denver. You will collaborate with utilities clients to design and implement ArcGIS Enterprise and related components, accelerating data quality and geospatial maturity across electric and gas sectors.

You will partner with industry experts to deliver high-impact projects, drive customer success, and help expand GIS adoption while ensuring reliable asset management and operational

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience applying ArcGIS Enterprise in production environments.
• 5+ years experience in the electric & gas utility industry.
• Expertise with ArcGIS Utility Network concepts and implementations.
• Ability to connect utility workflows to ArcGIS solutions and advise on product selection.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate electric and gas utility challenges into GIS solutions focusing on ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Utility Network, and ArcGIS Solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to create enterprise geospatial strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Gather requirements related to asset management, field operations, and data management.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for GIS projects in the utilities domain.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables with QA, change control, and risk management.
• Track progress and communicate status to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support business development with Esri marketing and sales to expand into new application areas.
