Job summary

Esri is seeking a Senior Consultant for the Utilities team to translate electric and gas utility challenges into robust GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise and the Utility Network. You will guide clients through enterprise geospatial strategies, roadmaps, and multi-year implementations while leading project work and fostering strong partnerships.

You will collaborate with industry experts to deliver scalable GIS deployments, improve data quality, and ensure successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on ArcGIS Enterprise production experience.
5+ years of experience in the electric & gas utility industry.
Expertise with ArcGIS Utility Network concepts and implementations.
Experience using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Utility Network, ArcGIS Field Maps, and ArcGIS Solutions.
Strong client-facing experience with ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Translate complex electric and gas utility challenges into practical GIS solutions, focusing on ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Utility Network.
Collaborate with clients to develop enterprise geospatial strategies and multi-year implementation roadmaps.
Gather requirements and present client objectives to develop actionable ArcGIS Enterprise solutions.
Lead project management activities, including planning, execution, and delivery of GIS projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Manage scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables with QA, change control, and risk management.
Maintain client relationships and drive long-term partnerships with Esri.
