The candidate will analyze, validate, and maintain GIS data for maintenance assets and develop GIS applications using ESRI technologies, serving as a liaison between ITD and system users with varying technical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field.
• 4-8 years GIS experience.
• 5+ years designing, building, delivering web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with complex analysis and mapping projects.
• Ability to communicate technical info to non-technical users.
• Proficiency in Python and ESRI GIS software suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced GIS analysis and enterprise asset data management.
