IntelliBee Inc in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking an advanced GIS Analyst to support the Highway Maintenance Management Section. The role focuses on advanced GIS analysis, enterprise asset data management, GIS application development, and coordinating with IT and asset managers.

You will analyze and maintain GIS data for maintenance assets, develop ESRI-based applications, and serve as a technical liaison between ITD, asset managers, and system users of varying technical capabilities.

Formación

• BS/BA in GIS or related field with GIS experience.
• 4-8 years of GIS and GIS application development experience.
• Minimum of 5 years designing, building, and delivering web applications.
• Experience developing web applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript or other JS mapping APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, design, development, and debugging skills.
• Must have experience in the development of complex analysis and mapping projects.
• Must communicate technical information to non-technical users, orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Python.

• Analyze, validate, and maintain GIS data associated with maintenance assets.
