IntelliBee seeks an advanced GIS Analyst to support the Highway Maintenance Management Section. The role involves analyzing GIS data for maintenance assets, developing GIS applications with ESRI tools, and coordinating between ITD, asset management admins, and system users of varying tech skills.

The candidate will perform complex analyses, build multi-layered maps, and create GIS tools with minimal supervision, leveraging ArcGIS Enterprise and Python. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in GIS, Geography, Cartography, Computer Science, or related field with GIS experience.
• 4-8 years of GIS experience and GIS application development.
• Minimum 5 years designing, building, and delivering web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, design, development, and debugging skills.
• Experience developing complex analysis and mapping projects.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users, orally and in writing.
• Strong proficiency in ESRI GIS software: ArcGIS Pro 3.x+, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Ability to work independently to develop GIS tools, perform complex analyses, and create multi-layered maps.
• Proficiency in Python.
