Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Sustainability Advisory to lead end-to-end GHG accounting for the firm's operations and value chain, ensuring data integrity and alignment with global standards.

You will manage data collection, emissions calculations, and reporting using Excel and GHG accounting platforms, partnering with Controllership, Procurement, and Sustainability teams to support audit readiness and progress toward Net Zero commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience with GHG accounting and emissions data management.
• Familiarity with GHG Protocol and Scope 1/2/3 accounting.
• Ability to build data models and dashboards in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute enterprise-wide GHG accounting for Scope 1-3 emissions.
• Collect, validate, and organize activity data from stakeholders and sources.
• Perform emissions calculations using standardized methodologies and tools.
• Maintain emission factors and documentation aligned with GHG Protocol.
• Ensure data governance and audit-ready documentation.
• Support third-party assurance engagements and sustainability systems improvement.
• Collaborate with Controllership, Procurement, and Sustainability teams to improve data quality.
• Analyze emissions data and trends to inform decarbonization strategies.
