Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sustainability Advisory to lead end-to-end GHG accounting for Scope 1-3 emissions across our global operations. The role requires data collection, validation, and calculations using Excel and GHG platforms, with an emphasis on audit-ready inventories and regulatory disclosures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in GHG accounting or sustainability analytics.
• Knowledge of GHG Protocol and Scope 1/2/3 accounting.
• Experience with large datasets and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute enterprise-wide GHG accounting processes across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
• Collect, validate, and organize activity data from internal stakeholders and third-party sources.
• Perform emissions calculations using standardized methodologies and tools, including Excel and GHG platforms.
• Maintain and update emission factors, calculation methodologies, and documentation in alignment with GHG Protocol.
• Ensure strong data governance, including execution of controls, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation.
• Facilitate and support annual engagement with third-party assurance provider.
• Support the design and continuous improvement of GHG accounting systems, tools, and processes.
• Conduct quality assurance and data validation to ensure completeness and accuracy of energy and emissions data.
• Partner with internal teams to improve data quality and coverage, where appropriate.
• Analyze emissions data and trends to provide insights that inform decarbonization strategies.
