Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sustainability Advisory to lead end-to-end GHG accounting for the firm’s operations and value chain, ensuring data integrity and alignment with global standards.

The role involves data collection, emissions calculations, and reporting using Excel and dedicated GHG platforms, with collaboration across Controllership, Procurement, Corporate Real Estate, and Sustainability Services to support Net Zero commitments and the Americas occupier practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and execute enterprise-wide GHG accounting across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions
• Collect, validate, and organize activity data from internal and third-party sources
• Perform emissions calculations using standardized methodologies and tools (Excel, GHG platforms)
• Maintain and update emission factors and documentation per GHG Protocol
• Ensure data governance, controls, and audit-ready documentation
• Support annual engagement with third-party assurance provider
• Contribute to design and improvement of GHG accounting systems and processes
• Analyze emissions data to inform decarbonization strategies
