Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sustainability Advisory to lead end-to-end GHG accounting for the firm’s operations and value chain, ensuring data integrity and alignment with global standards. This role supports the Net Zero program and advisory practice across the Americas.

The successful candidate will manage data collection, calculations, and reporting using Excel and GHG platforms, driving audit-ready inventories and meaningful decarbonization insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in GHG accounting or sustainability analytics.
• Strong knowledge of GHG Protocol and Scope 1/2/3 accounting.
• Proficiency with GHG accounting platforms and Excel-based models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GHG accounting for Scope 1–3 emissions.
• Collect and validate activity data from stakeholders.
• Perform emissions calculations using standard methods and tools.
• Maintain audit-ready emission inventories and documentation.
• Support third-party assurance processes.
• Analyze emissions data to inform decarbonization strategies.
• Collaborate with Controllership, Procurement, CRE, and Sustainability Services.
