Senior Analyst, Sustainability Advisory
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced greenhouse gas (GHG) Accountant to support the firm's global Net Zero Program within the Corporate Sustainability function. This role will be responsible for end-to-end GHG accounting for the company's own operations and value chain emissions, ensuring data integrity, methodological consistency, and alignment with global standards.
The GHG Accountant will lead data collection, emissions calculations, and reporting processes, leveraging both Excel and dedicated GHG accounting platforms. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and play a critical role in maintaining audit-ready emissions inventories, supporting regulatory disclosures, and informing progress toward Science Based Targets (SBTs) and Net Zero commitments. This role will also support our growing Occupier sustainability consulting practice in the Americas.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 72,250.00 - $85,000.00
