Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a senior GFCO Program Manager (L6) to own complex compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires autonomy, collaboration with Legal/EAA/Analytics, and impact on SAM, EDD, Screening, and SAR workflows.

You will partner with Directors and VP-level stakeholders to drive roadmaps, governance, and operational excellence while ensuring AML obligations and regulatory readiness across the global footprint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in a regulated environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for GFCO areas.
• Develop and drive program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across 5+ teams and external parties.
• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable program strategies.
• Own launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and expansions.
• Identify and resolve program risks with leadership.
• Drive cost savings via automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Own intake discipline and documented requirements/testing plans.
• Author and maintain strategy docs for Director/VP decision-making.
• Manage feedback between automation outputs and alerting systems.
• Lead major incident responses within GFCO.
