You will translate regulatory obligations into actionable strategies, drive launch readiness for new products and jurisdictions, and push automation for efficiency with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience, with 3+ years in financial crimes compliance.
• Experience independently driving large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated environment.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations, including SAM/TMS, EDD, Screening, and SAR workflows.
• Experience navigating Known Problem / Unknown Solution environments with constraints.
• Strong strategy and storytelling skills for Director+ audiences.
• Track record of driving operational efficiency and cost savings through automation with measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in program management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and data tools (Looker, Snowflake, Google Sheets).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; comfortable influencing at Director/VP level.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, Law, or related.
• References required (mandatory for L6+ roles).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for one or more GFCO areas (e.g., SAM/CAR automation, EDD volume reduction, Complaints, Operations, Launches).
• Develop and drive charters, roadmaps, and governance for long-tail programs with external commitments.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across 5+ XFN teams and drive alignment at the Director+ level.
• Translate regulatory obligations and model signals into actionable program strategies with Eliminate → Optimize → Automate.
• Own launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions with AML mapping and training content.
• Identify and resolve program risks, manage competing priorities with transparent trade-offs.
• Drive cost savings projections across automation and maintain accountability for actuals.
• Own intake discipline for automation requests and tooling changes with documented requirements and tests.
• Author and maintain strategy docs (P/PSs, RAPIDs, charters) for Director/VP decisions.
• Manage feedback between automation outputs, QC findings, and investigator feedback for continuous improvement.
• Lead major incident responses (Code Yellow-equivalents) within GFCO.
