Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience, with 3+ years in financial crimes compliance or regulatory domain.
• Ability to drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated environment with minimal guidance.
• Proficiency in AML/CFT program operations and related tools (e.g., TMS, CMS).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for one or more complex GFCO areas.
• Develop charters, roadmaps, and governance for long-tail programs with external commitments.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across 5+ teams (Compliance Tech, EAA, Ops, WFM, Legal, Analytics).
• Translate regulatory obligations into prioritized program strategies using Eliminate → Optimize → Automate.
