Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the GFCO Analytics Engineering team. You will own the roadmap and execution for data models, metrics, and dashboards powering Customer Experience and Compliance Operations.

You'll distill requests from 15+ cross-functional teams, prioritize by impact and regulatory need, and enable analytics engineers to focus on building data products rather than managing process. This role emphasizes AI-assisted workflows and rigorous data governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management, including data-focused programs.
• Experience across regulated data teams (fintech/crypto).
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Airflow, Looker/Superset and dbt for data products.

Responsibilities

• Own CX Analytics Engineering roadmap and prioritize work by impact and regulatory urgency.
• Drive execution across data model builds, pipelines, dashboards, and regulatory reporting.
• Automate project management to reduce coordination overhead.
• Collaborate with CX Operations, Compliance, and Platform Eng to resolve dependencies.
• Implement testing, monitoring, and data contracts to ensure data quality.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate insights while maintaining human oversight.
