Advocate Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Acute Care for Elderly unit in Winston-Salem, NC. The ACE unit provides geriatric-focused care in a NICHE-designated environment with a commitment to dignity and independence.

Expect day shifts, 35.1 hours per week, and a salary range reflecting experience and weekend requirements. Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree, an active NC RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of RN

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• At least one year RN experience

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care
• Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication to create a safe patient environment
• Lead efforts to ensure the best patient experience across the continuum
