Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Acute Care Elderly Unit in Winston-Salem, NC. The ACE unit provides compassionate, evidence-based geriatric care in a NICHE-designated, Age-Friendly Health System.

As part of a collaborative team, you will coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process and clinical decision-making to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes for older adults.

Qualifications

• Completed accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by NC.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• At least 1 year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care according to standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and clear communication.
