Qualifications

• Master of Science or Engineering in a relevant subject; Doctorate advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years in geothermal industry with broad value chain experience.
• Experience across exploration, development and operations of geothermal.
• PM experience preferred; PMI framework; CAPM or PMP if possible.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; internet literacy.
• Proficient in well testing, analysis, conceptual modeling and wellbore simulation.
• Matlab and Python programming preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reservoir engineering studies to support exploration, development and operations of geothermal resources.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor others.
• Analyze production and injection wells; diagnose issues and plan remedial actions.
• Develop reservoir models; assist with design of tests and data collection.
• Collaborate with operations, Geologists and Project Managers to justify wellfield recommendations.
• Plan and supervise well tests, logs and diagnostic procedures; ensure safety.
