GFT is seeking a Senior Project Geotechnical Engineer - Project Manager to join our team in Texas. The role involves leading large, complex projects, evaluating subsurface data, conducting site characterization, and providing technical input across hydropower and water storage facilities.

A Texas PE license and 10+ years of geotechnical experience are required. The position offers a hybrid work model with potential remote options depending on location, and opportunities for business development,

Qualificações

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 10+ years in geotechnical engineering with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in project management.
• PE license in Texas.
• Knowledge of GDH practices for foundation design, seismic hazard evaluation, liquefaction, slope stability and seepage.
• Proficient in reports, plans, specs, and estimates (PS&E).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office; familiar with specialized analysis programs.

Responsabilidades

• Plan scope, resources, schedule, and budget for major/complex projects.
• Lead major projects or supervise multi-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and agencies.
• Perform site characterization, seepage and slope stability analyses.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
• Present engineering assignments in meetings and conferences.
