GFT a leading engineering firm in Texas seeks a Senior Project Geotechnical Engineer - Project Manager to oversee large, complex geotechnical projects from subsurface data evaluation to client delivery.

Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and pursuing new business while maintaining client relationships. Texas PE required; hybrid work option offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited college/university.
• 10+ years of increasing responsibility in geotechnical engineering.
• Experience in project management and client liaison.
• Texas PE license required; GDH knowledge for foundation design.
• Proficient in reports, plans, specs, and estimates (PS&E).
• AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office; familiarity with FLAC/GeoStudio/Mathcad.

Responsabilités

• Plan scope, resources, schedule, and budgets for major/complex projects.
• Independently design and lead major projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and manage field activities and changes.
• Review project documents for conformity and quality assurance.
• Develop business opportunities and build a book of clients.
