GFT is seeking a Senior Project Geotechnical Engineer - Project Manager to join our team, based in Texas with a hybrid work model. You will oversee large, complex geotechnical projects, lead teams, and provide technical input on subsurface data, seepage, and slope stability analyses for water storage and hydropower facilities.

The role requires an ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering, 10+ years in geotechnical engineering, and a Texas PE license.

Qualificações

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of increasing responsibility in geotechnical engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of GDH practices for foundation design and seismic hazard evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Plan scope, resources, schedule and budget for major/complex projects.
• Independently design and lead major projects.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Apply diverse engineering principles to analyses and design decisions.
• Support bid activities, construction observation and field changes.
• Review project documents for quality and conformity.
• Develop new opportunities and manage client relationships.
